Replacement

 

The deadline to request an exchange of a product is 30 calendar days after purchase. The exchange is subject to the availability of the product in stock. If the desired item is not available, the consumer can choose another product or leave the purchase amount as credit, valid for 6 months in our store. The exchange will only be made after assessment that the product was returned with the purchase invoice, in its original packaging, with the label intact and without signs of use or damage caused by the consumer.

 

 

Return

 

The consumer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to inform Struktura of their intention to return it. In this scenario, the customer has the right to receive a refund of the amount paid. The product must be delivered to Struktura within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase. The refund will be processed after verifying that the product was returned with the invoice, in its original packaging, with the label intact and without signs of use or damage caused by the consumer. If the product is received after the 30-day period from the purchase, we will return the product to the customer without the option of return or exchange. The return shipping will be paid by the customer. It is worth mentioning that the return policy does not apply to customized products and items made to order, or those not listed in our catalog.
